Frank Scarpa
Managing Partner

Frank has over 31 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, ranging from an agent to a sales manager to agency manager and now managing partner. Prior to this, Frank was a member of the New York City Police Department and then a narcotics agent with the Justice Department. After working for several other national insurance companies, Frank joined New York Life in 1997 as a Sales Manager of the New Jersey General Office. He was then promoted to Managing Partner of the Finger Lakes General Office, located in Fairport, New York. Frank then advanced to become Managing Partner of the Manhattan General Office.
Frank resides in New Jersey with his wife, Maria. Their eight children include Jay, Dawn, Christina, Frank Jr., Greg, Mark, Maya and Qiana.

After immigrating from Korea to the United States in 1987, Kyle started in the Insurance industry as an agent in 1991. Upon qualifying for various MDRT* and national production awards, Kyle entered into management with another insurer and quickly rose to become Managing Director of his Los Angeles-based office. In the Fall of 2002, Kyle took the opportunity to move to New York with his family and join New York Life via the Manhattan General Office as a Senior Partner.
Kyle and his wife, Claire, have two young daughters, Iris and Ashley.
Abdel Boussayoud

Abdel Boussayoud became an agent with New York Life in Sept 1999, after working overseas in different human resources and financial management positions for 10 years. During his career as a NYL Agent Abdel qualified for President Council and New Agent of the Year (2001), Executive Council (2000,2002,2003), and MDRT Member (2001,2002,2003). Among other awards Abdel obtained were Centurion (every year), Annuity Champion (2001,2002,2003) and Life Foundation Award (2000). Abdel became a management associate in April 2003 and was later promoted to Partner in April 2004, where he achieved Top 50 Partner Level (2006, 2007). In March 2008, Abdel was promoted to Senior Partner.
Abdel is married to Messaouda and they have four children.
Hobbies include fishing and swimming.
 Neilton G. Moreira

Neilton joined New York Life in 1999. During his career as an agent, he qualified four times as an executive council member as well as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table*. Among other awards, Neilton was the recipient of the Career Life Producer award in 2000, the Centurion award in 2001 and the prestigious industry award, the National Quality award, from NAIFA in 2003. Neilton became a Management Associate in October 2002 and was then promoted to Partner in September 2003.
Neilton is married to Luciene and they have three children.

Winston immigrated to the USA from Jamaica in 1992, where he was a teacher for three years. He worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as a financial analyst for nine years before he joined New York Life as an agent in the Greater New York General Office. During his first four years he accomplished several milestones such as three Executive and one President’s Council, membership in the Million Dollar Round Table, Career Success Award, Life Foundation Award, three Annuity Champion Awards, Eagle Life Case Rate leader Award, Four Centurion Awards, National Eagle Award for Life Case rate, National Sales Achievement Award and National Quality Award. In March 2006 he was promoted to a Sales Development Manager in the Manhattan General Office and then promoted to a Partner in May 2007.
Hobbies include reading and listening to music.
